Where a legal-basis framework applies, optional profile storage relies on consent; requested introductory steps may rely on steps toward an engagement; site security and necessary administration may rely on legitimate interests or legal obligations. Marketing is not a condition of use and no marketing mailing list is created here.
Service providers and international access
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare. ChatGPT provides sign-in; email inquiries use our email provider. Optional Credly verification contacts Credly only when requested. Exchange-rate retrieval is server-side and does not send profile information to the rate provider. External Facebook and Telegram links open their own services.
These providers and authorised personnel may process information across borders. We do not promise that all information remains in the United States. Before accepting regulated tax records or activating international professional work, the legal supplier, responsible professionals, access locations, applicable transfer safeguards and required consents must be established. This website account is not a tax-document portal.
Retention and deletion
The optional profile is retained while you choose to use it, until you withdraw consent/delete it or the profile service is closed. Account deletion removes the profile and its consent record from the active application database. Infrastructure backups and provider security records follow the provider’s retention process and are not represented as instantly erased. Deleting this profile does not delete your ChatGPT account or separate email correspondence.
Inquiry correspondence is kept only for responding, legitimate administration, resolving a matter or an applicable legal requirement. Ask us to delete correspondence you no longer want retained; we will assess and explain any necessary exceptions. Sensitive tax records should not be sent at this introductory stage.
Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. European visitors may also contact a competent data-protection supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Use your account for immediate optional-profile withdrawal. For other requests, email safiullina.tax@gmail.com. We may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Do not send an identity document or tax identifier with an initial request.
Security and scope
Website access uses HTTPS. Profile operations require a signed-in identity and server-side ownership checks; account responses are not publicly cached. These measures do not make this a secure tax-record intake system or establish complete compliance for a future tax-preparation operation. No tax documents, payment card details or electronic-signature keys are requested.
The website is intended for adults arranging professional services. Significant changes to this notice will be reflected in its date, with renewed consent requested when the purpose of optional profile processing changes.
