Selected markets
The website covers the United States, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Singapore, Canada, Ireland, Estonia, Australia, New Zealand and the Netherlands. This is a selected service-development scope, not a list of countries exempt from sanctions. Nationality alone does not determine eligibility.
U.S. bookkeeping inquiries are open. U.S. tax preparation and other country offerings are planned. An engagement is accepted only after the scope, responsible professional, necessary permissions and client eligibility have been confirmed in writing.
Client and transaction review
Applicable restrictions may depend on location, ownership, control, the ultimate recipient of services and the payment arrangements. Restricted persons can be located in any country. Work involving prohibited parties, transactions or service destinations will not be accepted. Selecting a listed country or creating a profile does not complete sanctions screening.
Review may require information about the contracting party, beneficial owners and the purpose of the work through an appropriate onboarding process. No sensitive screening documents are collected by this website.
Local authority and responsibility
A future Wyoming LLC does not itself authorise tax preparation or submission in another country. Paid U.S. preparers require the applicable PTIN registration; e-filing and representation have separate requirements. Other markets may require locally registered professionals, tax-agent eligibility, delegated portal access or powers of attorney.
The website does not claim that an international staff or partner network has already been appointed. Professional recruitment and operating arrangements are part of the development plan.
Country-specific service boundaries
Australia is limited to non-tax clerical records support. Tax-return preparation, BAS, tax coding and tax advice are not offered. A future tax-service launch would require a compliant TPB-registered delivery structure.
Canada remains a planned market. CRA EFILE has Canadian-residency and preparation-location conditions; offshore-prepared returns cannot simply be passed to a Canadian transmitter. The appropriate personal or corporate filing route and responsible provider must be established before acceptance.
Ireland requires the relevant Revenue agent registration and client linking. New Zealand requires the applicable Inland Revenue intermediary arrangement and client authority. Estonia separates annual financial reports from TSD and VAT returns. Dutch services require the appropriate client mandate and filing access; no Dutch registered-accountant title is claimed.
Before tax records are requested
The engagement must identify the service provider, responsible professionals, document-handling process, relevant access locations and required authorisations. For U.S. tax information, offshore viewing or disclosure may require specific section 7216 consent and additional safeguards. Website consent is not a substitute.
